I am a writer, journalist, translator and graphic designer.

As a writer, I seek to explore the ideas of self and my own shifting experience of reality. The stories that do this best, for me, are those that I've grown up with – both as an individual and as a scholar. The great myths and the famous stories that have been the fodder for bedtime tales and Sunday sermons rest with me, all mining the same depths. I use a prose style that can drift from present-day dialogue to near scientific description in an effort to convey meaning through images and sounds, not just through words. I have published in the New Europe Writers Journal and the University of Rochester literary journal, Logos. I am working on my first collection of short stories.
